This Privacy Policy explains how United Agents, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the United Agents platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
1. What Data We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed).
Business Information: To power your AI agent, we collect your business name, services offered, location (city, state), ideal client description, pricing information, and service radius.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, lead actions taken (import, delete, outreach), and timestamps.
Lead and Pipeline Data: Information about leads scanned, imported, or managed through the platform, including lead titles, descriptions, contact information, and pipeline status.
Payment Information: Billing details are handled directly by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — not raw card numbers.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to resolve your inquiry and improve the Service.
Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URLs collected automatically.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Power your AI agent — your business profile is used to generate relevant leads and proposals
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password resets)
- Send product updates and feature announcements (you may opt out anytime)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Third-Party Services
We work with the following third parties to deliver the Service:
We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and use your data only to provide services on our behalf.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter:
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account, then deleted within 30 days
- Lead and pipeline data: Retained for the life of your account plus 30 days after deletion
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years
After deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytical purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export: Request an export of your lead data, pipeline, and business profile in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
- Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
To exercise these rights: Email support@unitedagents.ai with your request. We will respond within 30 days. For account deletion, you may also delete your account directly from your profile settings.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Passwords hashed using industry-standard algorithms (handled by Supabase Auth)
- Row-level security policies on all database tables
- API keys and secrets stored as environment variables, never in code
- Regular security reviews of dependencies and infrastructure
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@unitedagents.ai and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to your registered address at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
